United Church of Jesus Christ is located in the northern section of the Bronx, New York. Founded in 1982, by a small group of believers who had a vision to step out and do God's work. Our vision to make a positive impact within the Bronx by creating an environment where all are welcome - a place where all individuals and families can grow and flourish in faith and discover God's plan for their lives.

There are over 12 ministries serving within the church including  Sunday School, Young People's Ministry, Men's, Women's, Singles, Couples, Deacons and Missionary Departments.

United Church is also very active in the Community. There are outreach programs which include GED/literacy programs and a Preschool that is certified by the City of New York. The church also particpates in participates in food and clothing drives to assist the less fortunate in Africa, Haiti, The Dominican Republic and Jamaica.

Each week there are over 300 people worshipping together in a newly built sanctuary which was completed in June 2007.  The church brings together people from all socio-economic backgrounds who come together for one main purpose - to worship God.
